Biography

Bismark Kobla Agbemble also known has Mr. CEO, is Managing Partner and Senior Executive at the R.A.N. Capital Group (RCG), a business development investment banking firm located in Philadelphia PA. RCG specializes in developing and investing in companies in the following sectors: Public Health, Education and Economic Development firms. From his humble beginnings, Mr. CEO is a prime example of what faith, determination, and passion can do for an individual who refuses to settle for mediocrity.

Mr. CEO is a native of Accra, Ghana. Prior to moving to the United States, Mr. CEO was illiterate; he could not write or speak one word of English. With faith, and perseverance, he learned the English language by reading small children's book and the Bible. Mr. CEO read his first book with comprehension in 9th grade. At a very young age, Mr. CEO experienced several life-changing moments that shaped the course of his life forever. At age 14, Mr. CEO was sexually molested and contemplated suicide by purchasing a hand gun. A few years later, Mr. CEO became an at risk youth, selling drugs and provoking street violence.

With help from family, friends and mentors, Mr. CEO decided to take responsibility for his future by committing his life to seeking after God’s own heart in EVERYTHING he chooses to do. At that moment, he devoted his life mission to inspiring people to believe in their dreams.

Mr. CEO, is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He is currently completing his MBA at Eastern University in Saint David, Pennsylvania. In the fall of 2008, Mr. CEO will begin working on his Ph.D.in Economics, with a focus on Social Macroeconomics Indicators in Emerging Countries.

After his graduation from VCU, Mr. CEO spent several years working in Corporate America. He worked at Bank of America, where he was Vice President of Business Deposit Sales in the Philadelphia market. In 2006, Mr. CEO decided to follow his life passion. He wanted to inspire change and to develop and invest in companies. He thus founded the R.A.N Capital Group.

Mr. CEO has committed his professional life to speaking in high schools, universities, corporations, non-profits and faith-based organizations to empower individuals to become CEO’s of their lives. Mr. CEO is committed to delivering life-changing presentations through humor, practical exercises and a consistent message of self-love and servitude leadership.

Mr. CEO is humbled by his overwhelming success and he looks forward to inspiring people, for the rest of his life, to believe that we all matter.
